Deceptive ****s!

This bank has to be the worst under the sun, I thought people were fabricating stories when they said the bank is going to the pits.

I came in to upgrade my account several months ago, upong upgrading, I asked the consultant what would happen with the card I currently have since they still had to deliver the new card, she assured me that it would get cancelled within 30 days upon receiving the new one.

Now, today 04/122/2024, a transaction went off from that very card number I was reassured would be cancelled. All my money gone.

I've been **** to and it is now my fault, my child has to suffer from hunger, and I can't go to work because of lies. One of the branch members at Rosebank told me, that I have to suffer because your negligence.
