Deceptive ebucks ****

As a long standing client, I recently became a Fusion Premier Account holder about 5 months ago. One of my main purposes for opening the premier account is to increase my ebucks returns, I've been doing everything needed to reach level 5 and earn a bunch more points (like shop at checkers, engen, use the virtual credit card, etc)... and I'm glad to say I've reached level 5 about 4 months ago and it says I'm to earn 15000 ebucks however I've been earning 500 ebucks only every month... truly disappointing and frustrating. I've phoned ebucks every month, quering the issue and every call they say you didn't do this and didn't do that but surely it can't bar me from attaining atleast 10000... and why tell me that I'm getting 15000 and give me only 500 points. Deceptive tactics to keep clients.. discovery really looking like a better option.
