December FNB early Debit Orders

<p>I get my salary bimonthly so twice a month which FNB is aware off ie. half the on 15th and half the 30th with NO BONUS in December. 2015 Last year FNB debited my account 15th December 2015 without informing me AT ALL, I had called and the consultant said sorry there is nothing they can do about it but at monthend i wont have any debits off my account !!!??? So what must my family eat for Christmas from the 15th until the 30th December? This year they debited me my entire Home loan instalment on the 20th December from the 1st half of my salary paid the 15th. On the 16th I got an sms from FNB asking me to reply with my salary date for my home loan debit order which i did reply "30th December 2016" but yet I still get debited on the 20th December. Dear FNB not EVERYONE gets bonuses in December and not everyone gets paid earlier in December. Its sad that you just assume that everyone in South Africa does therefore you ignore an instruction from your client advising their paydate as requested. Since you "assumed" I got paid a bonus in December and my entire salary on the 20th please also advise me where to get grocery money to provide for my family for Christmas until the 30th December 2016 when my 2nd half of my salary will be paid to me by my employer???? Maybe you should actually read your sms responses when you ask a client for their salary date. </p>
