December debit orders

Debit orders for December. I get paid on my normal day this month but they just went ahead and tried to debit my bank account with my debit orders. I spoke to Lungelolakhe on the chat service and I was just disconnected from the chat. I want to know why are they doing this without our permission? and who will pay for these unpaid's on our bank accounts etc.....i would like to have the proof that I agreed
