Deceived

My experience with fnb was not a very pleasant one. I got a message in december stating of i take out a gold cheque acc with them they will reward me with R1000. I then received a call from their agent who tried to help me open the acc and he failed due to system issues, he then referred me to the branch. I got to the branch opened the acc and then was told that the offer was strictly for customers who took the acc over the phone. When i called the contact centre to enquire about this i spoke to a lady named Zibuyiseni who said she would lodge a complaint for me and get back to me on the 24th of December. She didnt. I then called to follow up and the guy i spoke to said he was going to ask her to call me back. And i am still waiting a month and 2 weeks later. I feel i was deceieved into opening this account and the promises made not delivered. Im really unhappy about this service.
