Deceived by FNB Connect consultants to take up a contract that they are now refusing to provide invoices for.

I got a cellphone contract through FNB Connect in May 2021. The reason I got this cellphone contract through FNB is because I receive a cellphone allowance from my employer on a monthly basis. However, I need to provide a tax invoice on a monthly basis that proves the existence of this contract. When I initially app**** and enquired if that was possible, I was told by the FNB Connect consultants that it is possible and I am even able to download the invoices myself on the FNB online banking platform. To my surprise, once I got into the contract and I attempt to download the very first monthly billing invoice, I was unable to do so. I contacted FNB and spoke to another consultant who then advised me that there might be something wrong with the system because I should be able to download it. The consultant then escalated this issue on my behalf. A few days later, I get this reply from FNB Connect stating that the business has made a decision to stop generating monthly invoices and they then attached an invoice with the full outstanding amount as if this is not a 24 month contract that I signed up for. This is so disappointing for me because I would have never bought this device via FNB if I had known that I would not be able to get a monthly invoice. What is even further disappointing is the fact that I enquired with FNB Connect so many times before deciding to go through with the contract because I knew what documentation my employer requires in order to subsidise my cell phone device on a monthly basis. Not only do I feel like I was intentionally misled into signing up for a 24 month contract under false claims of what FNB will be able to provide but I also feel like immediately after I did, they were not bothered to help me any further. Now I am stuck with a contract of R709 per month that I cannot claim from my employer because I cannot provide proper supporting documentation. I really regret going with FNB when I could have gone with any other cellphone service provider who have no issues with providing monthly billing invoices to their clients. My first debit order went off this month and I was hoping to use my bank statement as proof of this contract for my employer (which is far from ideal because it's my private data). However, I cannot even do this because the reference on the debit order does not link the device and cellphone number so this does not suffice. I am so devastated that after being an FNB client for so many years, they would not be bothered to help me sort out this issue and leave me to pay for something that would otherwise be paid for by my employer if they could just provide proper documentation. I really feel like taking my business elsewhere, apart from this cellphone contract, I do not owe FNB anything else so moving to another bank is something that will be seamless for me. For me its the principle of the matter more than anything else.
