Deceived by a consultant for higher bank charges

Yesterday visited FNB, Circus Triangle branch in Mthatha and got assisted by a consultant by the name Spoki. I wanted to open a new account, Easy pay as you use account. The consultant asked how much I will be having into the account monthly and I told her, about R2000. Asked what will I be doing with the account, I said I wanted an account to transact with. She then **** to me and said I cannot have the account I requested because I already have a cheque account (Aspire Acc). She then told me She HAS OPENED AN ISLAMIC (Same account) for me because that is what the system can allow. Has! Already HAS opened the account! I went home disappointed that I could not get my banking card immediately, I asked why can't I? She said for that account I cannot get a bank card instantly. Are the no nonpersonalised cards anymore in branches fir Gold/Aspire accounts? That was disappointing to hear! Now I receive a notification that my ISLAMIC PREMIER CHEQUE card is being processed! ISLAMIC? How and why? Why did I have a premier account opened and why was I deceived to think it's a Gold account? Who gets to pay those banking fees for an account I didn't request! No, to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Who uses a premier account with R2000 income?
