Deceived and Cheated by a bank i loved

I write this with so much dissapointment in a brand and bank i love and trust. What i expect as a client is trasperancy, loyalty and product delivery. A few months ago, i went into the bank and i was told about a Premium membership that i had been enquiring about. With that came along alot of information and benefits that were shared with me regarding this new product i was one. One of the things that i remember clearly was that i was told that i can visit the slow lounge free of charge! Need i say, my knowledge on the slow lounge was limited, so i believed and trusted what my bank told me. Today after an internation trip and a local trip and visiting the slow lounge, i see that i was charged amounts i didn't know of or even noticed. I was changed R500 twice as i was with my husband. so i now see the R1000 that went of. No sms notification, no email notifications, hence i didn't notice anything. I also now see that for my local trip i was charged. I feel cheated and deceived. I would have never even considered visiting the lounge had i known there are such costs. I was told as a premium member these services are free of charge. But clearly that was the incorrect information. I'm now strunded and alarmed looking at my statment. This is honestly a deal braker for me from FNB. If this could happen without my knowledge, what else can happen?
