Deceased reporting team delays my account

To whom it may concern.

Good Day, I’ve has opened a late estate account & received an SMS on 9 December stating:

“Good day EST LATE Maubane, Please note the estate late account has been placed on hold pending the confirmation from the master .FNB Deceased Report”

How long does it take to get confirmation & how long will it be placed on hold? As I need the money because the property has been sold & I opened the account on 8/9 December 2020 the deceased ID number is *** 080 & my ID number is *** 086. I initially sent an email to your deceased estate department but till date no assistance.
