Deceased mothers money

My mom passed away last year August. we started the whole process of getting the Letter of Executor. Master’s High Court in Bloemfontein wanted us to appoint an executor since we have a minor. We opted for Mayet and Associates, at that time they were a better for us. We started the whole process in January and till date, still haven’t received the money as they are now in control of our Mother’s late Estate. Our mother had money and accounts with FNB. Presently whenever there’s a payment that belonged to her, it goes to the FNB account : Estate Late Account. We have been trying by all means to get help or money that belongs to us but struggling because there’s complications. It’s one after the other even with the fact that all documents are submitted to both parties that are involved in this matter. FNB takes longer to deal with our matter and the firm we have appointed also takes longer to help us or in making sure that the funds are transferred to us as the children.
