FNB DECEASE DEPARTEMENT - FIDUCIARY

After my last attempt in getting documents from FNB after 4 months, I still didn't receive all the documents as requested. I don't know why FNB is just not responding on emails. I've received 2 documents after 4 months period. NOW i am again waiting for the following documents: Certificates of Balance AS AT DATE OF CLOSURE OF EACH ACCOUNT. I have escalated this email however still no feedback on this specific email. This is really so unprofessional FNB, losing a loved one and then need to struggle like this with you, this is unacceptable. PLEASE FNB, WE URGENTLY NEED THE DOCUMENT AS GIVEN IN THIS MESSAGE AND IN OUR EMAILS SENT TO THE FIDUCIARY!!!!!!!
