Deceased Estates Dept - NO COMMUNICATION

<p>I have been trying to get answers out of Mariekie Botha ********** ********** 34 to find out if my great uncles tax number is active. His estate needs to be opened up again, as there is a policy of his that has to pay out to my gran's estate. She was VERY quick to communicate with me, when she needed documents from me, however now that I want answers from her, all communication has stopped. I've resorted to googling other people's e-mail addresses, who apparently are also in the FNB's deceased estates dept, however, they too, don't bother to try find out what is going on with this. My boss would have FIRED me, had I just ignored a client ! Mariekie represents FNB as a whole and because of that, I am thinking seriously of moving ALL by business with FNB to another bank - a bank who will actually communicate with me, look after me and appreciate the business I give them !!!!!!</p>
