Deceased Estate poor service

I have called and emailed FNB multiple times to inform them of my late mom's Deceased Estate, in relation to her Bond. I cannot get trough to them and they do not respond to my emails.

This is very frustrating can someone please just call me back, so this can be sorted out?!
