Deceased Estate not Resolved 2 Years Later

This review is on behalf of my grandmother, Mrs Elizabeth Siziwe Buthelezi. She is the beneficiary to one of my other late grandmother's estate. Its been 2 years and she has been given the run around regarding resolving this matter and getting the title deed to the house and an official letter regarding the assets being changed over to her name.

She has had to pay external lawyers an amount of R75000 but could not be assisted because of FNB's stonewalling. This is such a sensitive matter because as we speak that house is being occupied ********ly by someone who is not even a relatove while the beneficiary who is the guardian to the kids of the deceased cannot get answers resolving this matter.

My grandmother has her own house. The reason why she needs this resolved is because she needs to provide a home for the deceased kids. And that has proven challenging when a deceased person's is not being resolved by the institution that has her Will and living testimony.

How does FNB promote offering a Will and Living Testimony for people but cannot assist when its time to put their words into action. This sad and disheartening really.
