Deceased Estate - FNB Not Paying Out Investment
Please please, can someone help.
My husband passed away in Feb 2018, and my lawyers and I have been trying for months to close his FNB accounts. There is no debt owed, and investments need to be paid out to me. I have been passed on from person to person with no luck. I was told more than 2 months ago, that FNB will conclude this with the master of court, only to hear today that the master has never been contacted.
All the other banks were done concluding the estate from their side in Sep 2018.
