I wrote to You on the 5th April 2023 requesting IT3B's for my late fathers accounts On the 26th April I called your call centre to follow up as nothing had happened - I was told that I would receive them by email within 48 hours
That was 7 days ago
This morning I have wasted over an hour trying to speak to someone at your call centre on *** - just wait and wait and wait until call is dropped
To think that FNB's call centre and service has become as bad as TELKOM's
I need those documents urgently to finalise my Fathers estate
