Deceased Estate Department

I am the executor of a deceased estate. We sent all the documentation to the Deceased Estate Department on 21 July and have still had no response. I have now followed up by email seven times. I have emailed the three people named for escalations, but they also don't respond. When I try phone the department on a number supp**** on their emails, I get the response "the number you have dialed does not exist"
