Deceased Estate

My son passed away in September 2012 and his current account was then changed to an Estate Late account. I have now found out five years later that bank charges have been deducted from this account all along and as I had not "closed" the account they just continued charging. This is apparently policy at FNB. I am totally disgusted!!!!
