Deceased Department

Can FNB Deceased department explain what a Est Late Account is. Why do we have to fill in a length form with the Letter of Executor of Estate . What is the reason for this. If the Executor call's in to resolve the estate that is told FNB as 21 working days to resolve the estate after 5 working days and is still waiting a month later.

How does FNB expect to read an Est Late Account email account 3 months later, when they have the Executors Details. I was told not to worry all is in hand, now you send the Late Estate a letter of arrears, when FNB has not followed their Protocol. Please read the harsh letter you have sent a Person that is no longer with us.
