Deceased debit order reversal
My sister passed on in June 2017 and she was banking with fnb and we reported her passing immediately unfortunately we didn't have her date of birth because of home affairs issues and then came after obtaining the certificate in September same year with the estate letter from the court, submitted all the required docs to the Roodepoort branch as the actual branch that we went to was closed due to revamp, got the reference and left. After waiting for a couple with no feedback from fnb we went back and the branch was no more then went Westgate as they reopened spoken to the branch Manager referred to Thulane the first person we spoke to when we reported her passing to the bank,Thulane failed to assist then sent back to a very long queue waited and eventually got through Lillian Sithole and tried to help but to date the matter is still not resolved but fnb motto goes on to say HOW WE HELP YOU but i am still running after a full ten months waiting for just a simple debit order reversal.I even tried to report on their customer care web but nothing happened and i am so disappointed wth pathetic customer service, but the one thing i know is that i shall never stop fighting until its done regards Ntaoleng Ntone ********** 886
