Decease estate claim not given priority.

My lawyers have enquired with FNB for late mother's estate with FNB and to my surprise when ever they contact them they keep on telling them that master's court office hasn't given feedback yet.What measures has the person responsible for processing this claim is doing to make sure they get feedback from the master's court office?it's been almost three months now since we have made the enquiry with FNB and they just not interested in making sure that they do a follow up for this claim case.Very disappointed with how they deal with decease estate as an institution.
