Debtreview

On the 9th money was deposited in my old account by SARS, I am under debt review.. I asked FNB to transfer money to my new account was told that my DC must send my distribution list of all my creditors so that money can be paid to my DC that was done after a week they told my DC that I am listed with the other DC only to find out it was not true,did follow ups still waiting for the refund since January and no one is giving me the right information and what's gonna happen with the money. I am so dissaponted as i thought the matter will be long resolved.. FNB debtreview is sending me from pillar to post andvthey keep telling me they are referring it to the relevant department and it will be dealt with within 3-5 working days. When that time comes it is something else.
