Debting for a paid up loans

I was having two personal loans with them and I decided to apply for a debt consolidation loan so I can pay one installment and I did that they approved and paid for both loans for me they didn't even give me the remaining balance of the debt consolidation loan and today they are deducting for the paid up two loans each amount of each loan how come because they did pay for me with the debt consolidation loan and I will start paying that one amount this coming month end
