Debte review department

Placed myself in debt review to address so problems now that I have been cleaned by all other instutions. FNB informed me they done creative accounting an opening a new loan account. They didn't closed my cheque account as stated. Didn't consolidated the debts as stated and now I can't be removed of debt review? No one gets back to a person 15/8 was a year after all debt was settled when I discovered this mess up and dint understand that no one wants to help...how can we help you? Place you in more debt
