Debt Review Status on my account

During August this year i called FNB to see if i qualify for a personal loan and to my surprise the consultant assisting me said that it was declined due to a debt review status on my account, i was then informed to contact the various credit bureaus and pull a credit report. I contacted 4 credit bureaus and all confirmed that my name was clear and that nothing reflected on my credit report. On the 03 August 2017 @ 15h40 I sent FNB the NCR 17.4 form which I received from Debt Busters which confirms I am no longer under debt review and also including a latest credit report from TransUnion. FNB then responded on the 04 August 2017 @ 15h30 indicating the following “Kindly provide with the notice of withdrawal from court and a signed instruction advising that the client is no longer under debt review”. I then contacted Debt Busters to request the notice of withdrawal and was informed by Debt Busters that they unable to provide me with such as the matter did not even reach court hence there is no withdrawal notice. I then responded back to FNB on numerous occasions informing them that the matter did not reach court as to the reason why I cannot obtain a notice of withdrawal. On the 18th of October 2017 @ 12h26 I sent an e-mail to FNB expressing my disappointment, I have been a loyal client to FNB for many years and judging from their last response received on the 18th October 2017 @ 11h18 from a consultant named Mponeng Lekhula they are just not willing to assist me. The more i tell them that the matter hasn’t even reached court, the more they insist on a withdrawal notice. Surely FNB’s motto of ‘’How can we help you” did not apply to me. What is even more suprising is that they upgraded my account from Gold to Premier, but at that time did not bother about the Debt Reveiw Status, when i queried with a consultant at Premier Banking, she informed me that the bank would not upgrade your account if you have a Debt Review status, clearly this was an issue for them. Please all i am asking of FNB is to assist me with the matter, continous responces requesting the notice of withdrawal does not help as neither i or Debt Busters can provide this as the matter did not even reach court.
