Debt review status not removed from credit card

I was under debt review since 2012, in August 2016 I got a court order to rescind debt review. The court order was sent by me to all creditors including FNB debt review department. I was still owing my credit card and I made payment arrangements with attorneys. In June 2016 the credit card was settled via attorneys. I contacted FNB debt review department to request them to change my credit card status not to show debt review, I was told that from their side they have cleared my name and I must contact the Credit card department. I contacted credit card department and they told me they only dealing with open accounts I must talk to Debt review department. I told them that I've spoken to debt review department and was informed that it has been cleared from their side. This I told them I've been send to from pillar to post. This is affecting my credit rating and no one cares about this. This is issue has been like this for about a year now. The attitude I got from the credit card call center was so unprofessional as I was kept on hold to speak to a team leader for an hour and I decided to hangup. I just wanted them to send me something in writing telling me that they are not the correct department to change status on my credit card profile.
