Debt review settlement discount disappeared

Good day

During the month of July, I sent a email to your debt review department, stating that I would be able to settle all my accounts mid August 2023.

I received a discounted settlement letter, stating that the settlement figures are only valid until end of July, even though my email specifically mentioned that I could settle in August.

I requested another settlement on 16 August, as I managed to put funds together for the sum total based on the July settlement letter that was issued.

After following up daily, and being promised that I would receive the new letter Monday 21 August by close of business, I eventually received a new letter Yesterday 22 August after calling in twice again.

My issue however, now the discount has disappeared from the letter for my revolving loan and overdraft, and I don't have enough funds to settle the extra amounts.

I called in, and I was told "sorry, the promotion has ended and I can no longer get this discount"

How is this fair to the customer? After I specifically stated I could settle in August?

I really want to close off all the accounts and start over on a clean slate.

Could you please assist me?
