DEBT REVIEW SAGA ISN'T OVER
Hi there, On the 2 July 2018, I've receive an email:
"We acknowledge receipt of your complaint. Please be a advised that our records are reflecting that you are listed as being under debt review with debt counsellor Neil Roets (NCRDC474).
The First Rand Debt Review Centre referred the matter to the National Credit Regulator and was advised that you are no longer listed as being under debt review according to their records.
In closing the FirstRand Debt Review Centre confirms that you were successfully removed from the debt review process.
In the event that there is an application for further credit it will be assessed by the relevant business unit in accordance with their respective credit criteria." - FNB
But still... my bank accounts with you STILL state that I'm under DEBT REVIEW.. I can't get benefits on your products ... EVERYTHING THAT IS UNDER FNB is under DEBT REVIEW...
