Debt review removal inaction

A few weeks ago, I posted a review regarding the *****ulent debt review I was placed under by CDS Consulting where FNB stated that I have to reach out to the company that placed me under debt review to provide a 17.2 rejection form, they stated that they would believe this *****ulent company over their client. All well and good, I had to get another debt counsellor to redo an evaluation and he stated that I’m not over indebted, he submitted the paperwork and the rejection form and guess what? I’m still under debt review according to FNB, I resubmitted the document and even though they placed me under debt review within 12 hours with the ****mer now I must wait for 10 days. I’m actually so disappointed in FNB and their lack of urgency and customer care. It seems that with all their “upgrades” they forgot the humanity. And also I’m very unhappy with Lawrenza and how they deal with queries, they always provide incorrect or incomplete information. FNB please fix this I’ve done what you requested and I’m still being punished.
