Debt review removal

My name is Temba Ntusi and FNB is not helping me in removing my name on NCR. My FNB Cheque account @ Durban West Street (***) was closed in 2013/14 due to the revolving credit I could not afford to pay. I have since opened a Business account and also re- opened the personal check account but my frustration is that FNB ( Lovelle Govender- Supervisor) told me that she can't help me in removing my name from NCR. I escalated this with her Branch Manager and nothing happened. A lady by the name of Erica Mtshali from Debt redemption/DRS Morning Side who FNB told me was the debt counsellor failed dismally to help me in this regard. There is a certain Ms Xoliswa who I believe works for NCR also has not responded to this. Please help
