Debt Review Profile Update

[17:30, 6/15/2021] Carrolla: I was under debt counselling and 2 years ago all my accounts were paid up and I was removed from being under debt review. However, due to an error with the NCR I recently discovered that my profile is still under debt review. This error has since been rectified and on the 1st of April I received an email notification(via my ex debt counselor) from an FNB representative that my profile is no longer reflecting as under debt review.

Since then, I have phoned and emailed the debt review department with no progress or feedback at all. 2 days ago, I went into a branch and was once again told that my profile is still under debt review and I should come back on a weekday so we can call the FNB debt review department so they can advise.

I have the paid up letters in my inbox and email confirmation and all I need is for my profile to be cleared. I don’t understand what the issue is because no one is giving me any answers.

I need this resolved ASAP.
