Debt review issues
I made payment towards my two accounts and needed paid up letters I was told it takes 2 to 3 working days to issue it is now nearly 7 days I followed up and was told to wait another 3 days I need this letters URGENTLY

23 Jan 2025, 10:19It seems that I wasted my time this has not been resolved as yet, hence it is getting worse everyone calling and promise to send paid up letters all of them putting up a show. When I ask for Any Manager or team leader names then the call get cut I even ask for their names eish eish no no FNB ALL I NEED IS MY PAID UP LETTERS
