Debt Review Hell with FNB
We embarked on debt counselling in 2013 and revised instalments were agreed upon by FNB. I have been diligently paying agreed amount every month however, FNB has not comp**** on their side. 5 years later querying why my accounts are not reducing we were first advised that FNB needed to reconcile their accounts, then after no response we were advised that they never agreed to anything with our debt counsellors. A few weeks later we are told they lost the papers!!! This I negatively affecting my life as I have been paying to get my life in order when this bank is messing me around. My debt counsellors seem to not be getting anywhere with their senior manager either. What a pathetic bank! You do not care for your clients at all. I will be cancelling my Savings account with you as well as my wife and other family members!!!! I need answers as you are ruining my life now! Every month I am paying but the account is not reducing instead getting higher. Are you planning on tying me to this for life???? I will never get financial freedom or be able to live a normal life because of you.
