It is now again a month later and we still have not been assisted. I have sent 9 emails, and I am just told to give chance till the next day, and then radio silence.

We have already paid back more than what we were supposed to pay.

But it seem that when you want your money, you will hound, threaten etc, but when we as customer have queries, we get ignored as if we are not important to you at all.

I have been patient now for long enough.
