Debt Review

I'm not happy with the feedback received from your debt review center, particularly ***. She/he can't just add accounts that were not part of the debt review process when I app**** for it. I sent her/him my clearance certificate which was issued in 2015 and now she's/he's gone ahead and told me my *** is also part of the debt review process just because it's on a minus. This account was in good standing up until last month, and I know why and I will fix that but the main matter here is that I need FNB to update their records and be fair. I believe this can be sorted, don't give me an additional duty of going to the ombudsman.
