Debt Review Centre - Money Hungry

Debt Review Centre. Not getting ANY response from this department. I requested a copy of a letter they sent me and wanted to make and arrangement for bank charges owed, so that I can close my account last week. They DON'T reply. Seems the longer they take to respond the more money they can ****** out of people already struggling.
