Debt Relief Extended But Not Covering My FNB Expenses

I app**** for my covid-19 debt relief extension and although it was successful, one of my loans that was supposed to be paid on the 25th via the debt relief loan was not paid yet. This morning I woke up to find that the funds that were not used up from the debt relief loan was taken away.

I tried to chat to many bankers through the FNB app but it seems no one can assist me.

I can’t understand what’s going on but my extension was approved and extended until October. My loans and credit card should be paid up until then.

This is just an unnecessary stress that I shouldn’t be having right now.
