Debt relief division, calls & emails not responded to!

I logged a query on the 22/01 via email, ***, was the email used . Mapule responded same day that a refund will be done . To date I have not received anything, calls to ***, goes unanswered, a person holds for 30 minutes . My follow up emails are no longer responded to. FNB is that how you operate? Can someone respond.
