Debt recovery nightmares!!!

Fnb source their collections out to LWM Debt recovery who are so ***********!!!

Received a reduced offer settlement and paid the amount in Dec 2025. Still no settlement letter or acknowledgement received. Still receiving threatening messages, no return calls!! Spoken to several people in that company no resolution after 2 months!! Terrible service. If I could move my bond I would do it in 2 seconds. FNB is the worst!!!
