As long as I I've I will tell the world of the pathetic poor customer service I receive on a daily basis from FNB Life!!!!!!

I have had enough. My little money means nothing to FNB but I am sure that I will have peace of mind at any other bank than FNB

Kukeleko of FNB Life is just unreal. Cares zero. Just cancelled my policy after I asked them to phone me. The excuse is it is standard if they can't get hold of you they cancel.

I am so over the unprofessional unhelpful and poor customer service!!!!

I am now without the debt cover but FNB doesn't mind to loose business and all because after 5 weeks they couldn't update my adress on their system. Simple like request like that and they lost a client. And not only me ... I will advice everyone that crosses my path to run away and stay away from FNB
