Debt Paid 4 months ago, STILL not cleared!!!

I am AGAIN reporting the lack of response from FNB and Groenewald Lubbe on my complaint from THREE MONTHS AGO.<br> <br> I paid this debt in full to GLA on 8 September and it is STILL showing as unpaid on my FNB profile.<br> <br> I have requested (TWICE) the escalation process and this has not been provided to me, which is in contravention of the National Credit Act.<br> <br> FNB and Groenewald Lubbe are VERY quick to threaten and take money from your account, BUT WHEN YOU PAY THEM they DO NOT CLEAR YOUR NAME. The balance is STILL showing on my FNB account, and the debt was settled IN FULL in September,<br> <br> I would like to start the New Year with a clear name please FNB and GLA. <br> <br> Please ensure that you keep all correspondence relating to this matter on EMAIL, and not vi phone.
