Debt order Reversal

I go double debted in the begining of April by two companyies, today I tried to call in to get my money revesed as they are taking chances, both companies have done this before and every time a call in and get my money revesed and do the paymetn that is due. I call FNB today and got told that they cant do reversals any more??? What bull **** is this, I need to apply for a COVID 19 fund or something, why??? I just want my money back. I cant call the service provider they closed how ever still able to debt you. So basically, what the news never told us everyone should withdraw all there money as the banks are not going to do there work or help. the money is safer under our mattresses? Very unhappy, been with fnb for 5 years now, when this is over tel=ling everyone I know to switch to a beter bank, FNB dont give a ****
