Debt insurance failure.

In the beginning of may I was retrenched. I contacted FNB to submit a claim to cover my debt instalments. This claim was approved. Last month I was however still debited but the claim also paid my debt and after writing a review on hello Peter my debit orders were reversed.

However this month the exact same thing happens. My personal loan as well as my COVID loan were debited again. I called in and they said by Monday it would be reversed. Yet it still isn’t. I don’t know why it needs ti constantly get to this point with FNB.
