Debt Counselling Indicator

I have requested that FNB debt review centre remove the debt counselling indicator from my profile. Guess what fnb debt review only removed the level 4 risk from my profile and never remove the indication that I am under debt counselling.

At the fnb branches they said that on my profile there is a (X) next to debt counselling and fnb debt review centre states that this means I have voluntarily withdraw myself from the debt administration process. However the fnb system that I tested numerous times declines the following;

Home Loans / Credit cards / Dicovery Cards / Vehicle finance....etc

The fnb branch says that with the (X) indicator I will not be able to apply for any service that fnb may provide like said above.

FNB debt review centres response to this is that the (X) will remain on my profile although I have send a document stating that I am not under debt counselling. Furthermor they also say they can't remove the (X) next to debt counselling on my banking profile.

If a section and their staff including line managers are unaware of the procedure to assist me completely, then how did FNB as a whole decide that this employees are competent in any way to perform their duties.

I warned fnb debt review centre and other divisions in FNB that I will take this matter further and I will have the last laugh here when we battle this nonsense out in front of a judge in a court house.

There is no evolution here and I guess the many future clients that wants to join FNB needs to make sure who they are dealing with.

FNB recently expanded so much that they neglect the important issues and don't manage and coordinate their employees to empower them with more s****s and training.

My next stop is the NCR in Midrand and there after a court order for the FNB debt review legal team. You want to play ball, then I say "Jogo durro"

Boa Sorte
