Debt councelling not cleared after 14 months

I need to know why, after I'm banking with you for almost 12 years, you are unable to review my WHOLE banking history and ensure that the debt counselling I was on, 14 months ago, is not yet cleared from my bank's history. I have no debit orders that were not paid and I sent my rescinded court order together with the paid up letters to all necessary parties - ITC, several email addresses at FNB (to which I cannot reply). Still I'm not even considered for a small personal loan. Just rejected - saying that I have history on my name. No-one on the phone can tell me what it is ; I know that it is not on ITC because I checked my report. I did not miss one installment at Wesbank or FNB prior to the debt counselling, but they are treating me like a ******** !!!!! To phone helps nothing !!!! Transfers etc. And I can add: I am still and will be earning my salary during Covid19. I do not money to get me through this phase. Really poor service and I'm going to move my bank account if this is not resolved. I don't owe FNB 1cent. I have 2 debit orders. Nedbank will do the switch for me quick quick. Buy Buy FNB !!!!!!
