Debt consolidation Loan Feedback

I went to FNB Kara Glen. I advised the Peter of my dilemma & would like to Apply for a consolidation loan. he said he will call me back. this is now 2 weeks already without a phone call. the Sunday I went to Festival Mall branch. they advised sorry I don't qualify. No reason. I then called ABSA bank for the same loan, they advised I have a 2nd homeloan on Trans union. This I cancelled with the attorneys who never informed FNB and received feedback from France Mekgoe it was cancelled only on Monday 7/03/2016. So when trying to re-apply after the mess up has been sorted out I get told sorry the system does not allow this. I am a good client of FNB and would like some assistance regarding this to help me as the client.
