Debt consolidation?

I app**** for debt consolidation for 3 accounts wich was granted, but only two seems to be paid and the debtor insist on payment. I've tried to reach FNB through mail, the FNB app and other methods but I can't get hold of them. I would like assistance in this matter asap.
