DEBT CANCELATION

I have been going up and down with FNB trying to solve a lingering debt on my name, nothing has been done. I have been going up and down calling the agents nothing its been done, they hung up calls, make me wait for over 20 minutes for them to hang up. I cant get a job because of this.
