debt
I had a credit card account with FNB in 2008. I failed to make payment on it because I became unemployed. This reflected on ITC since then for a while. I complained on this platform about this and I was told by FNB I didn't have insurance for unemployment/retrenchment on this. I opened an new cheque acc with FNB last year since I had a job but it lasted 3 months. In that 3 months FNB took R2700 from my account without my consent, I had to close the cheque acc & informed FNB because I lost that job. This credit card debt now appears as a judgement on ITC and the booking code has changed from credit card to money lent. I believe that this debt should be prescribed now and even looking at the merits of the situation it can be written off. I would just like to put this out and ask FNB for a resolution to this matter.
