Debits on the wrong dates in December

They debit my account before my payday and now this bank is punishing me by deducting R110x2 for 2 unauccesful debit and its not my fault that they think everybody gets paid early in December even you FNB tried to debit without my consent whi said im getting paid early in December this is unacceptable not all of us are getting paid early
